Examples of the usage of Eszett in the word Weißhausstraße.

1. Title case, DE/AT orthography. ß is used.

2. Title case, CH/LI orthography. ss is used.

3. Small caps, older DE, modern CH/LI orthography. SS is used.

4. Small caps, technically incorrect orthography. ß is used.

5. Small caps, modern DE orthography. ẞ is used.

Note the double SS that doesn't get changed: Weißhausstraße. These two S come from two different word stems (-haus- and -straße-), so they do not merge into an ß.
